About Us

MailboxHero is a project built by people who’ve actually run a mail center — not just coded one. We understand the daily challenges that mail centers face because we’ve lived them ourselves.

MailboxHero originally started as a way to serve the customers of our own mail center more efficiently — giving them a way to view scanned mail, renew boxes online, and stay connected without endless phone calls and paper slips. It worked so well that other mail centers started asking if they could use it too. That’s when we decided to open it up for everyone.
